Pebble Learning, Ltd. is committed to making the pebblearning website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We invest ongoing effort to keep the site accessible and to improve it over time.
Conformance
This website aims to conform to the Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at Level AA, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations, 5773-2013.
Accessibility features on this site
The site includes an accessibility menu, opened from a floating button on every page, with the following options:
- Increase or decrease text size (up to 150%).
- High-contrast mode.
- Highlight links.
- Grayscale mode.
- Reset all accessibility settings.
- Your choices are remembered as you move between pages.
Additional measures
- Semantic HTML structure with landmarks and headings.
- Full keyboard navigation and a visible focus indicator.
- Descriptive labels for screen readers.
- Correct language and reading direction, including right-to-left for Hebrew.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
